Can't make it into the office, no problem! With a virtual session we address all your pain points while designing a customized plan for you to follow long after your appointment ends. Your therapist will assess you, guide you through a series of both stretching and strengthening exercises. Finally you will be sent homework to keep your body balanced & feeling amazing! **Please note your time zone in the notes when booking!
Flexibility is a class focusing on improving your joint mobility and muscle extensibility via proper stretching techniques. Classes are open level. A range of exercises are given to students so each class can be customized based on the individual student’s needs.
Classes are held at The Aerial Loft Sundays at 12:30pm.
Pole dancing combines strength, flexibility, and coordination. Pole helps to improve your body awareness and endurance, all while having fun. Intro is designing for students with no prior experience.
Classes are held at The Aerial Loft Thursdays at 6pm.
