What does a Session involve?

Sessions begin with a detailed medical history followed by an overview of the clients' day to day life. 


Then the client will go through a series of assessments including walking, static & dynamic postures & muscle testing. 


Once the practitioner has gathered all information needed the stretch begins followed by a series of corrective exercises for optimal function.


Finally the client is given homework to maintain their new alignment. 

How long are Sessions?

Initial sessions range from 75-90 minutes, dependent upon the client's needs. 

Follow up sessions are approximately 1 hour. 

What demographic can undergo a Session?

Pretty much anyone!

Sessions are catered to each client's individual needs. There is no cookie cutter protocol that is applied for every client because everyone has a different body with different experiences. 

How do I prepare for a session?

HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE!

Hydrated tissue is more pliable than dehydrated tissue.

What do I wear to a Session?

Male: Fitted Athletic Shirt, Shorts/Fitted Pants/Athletic leggings

Female: Leggings, Fitted Athletic Shirt, Sports Bra

What do I do after a Session?

DO YOUR HOMEWORK!

Clients are assigned homework to maintain the new alignment in their body via a combination of stretching & strengthening exercises. 

Sessions are meant to be a reset but the reset must be maintained by the client.
